THEODORE GINSBURG
I am a highly driven, award-winning student of architecture focusing on enabling creative problem solving within the built environment. I am committed to reshaping the traditional structure of architect, developer, and contractor to create a system that is more efficient and productive. My career goal is to use my training in design and my intense focus in finance to push beyond commodity-type real estate to curate one of on experiences through the built environment.
I received my BFA in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design, completed all my professional licensure exams 13 years ahead of the national average, and I am a candidate for the Integrated Path to Architectural Licensure (IPAL) and will receive my NCARB certification by May 2026.
