THEODORE GINSBURG

I am a design professional driven by the intersection of architectural rigor and the business of development. My approach blends design training with a deep commitment to high-impact, experience-driven real estate.

Currently an M.Arch candidate and part of the Integrated Path to Architectural Licensure (IPAL), I am on track to become one of the youngest Licensed Architects in the United States upon receiving my NCARB certification in May 2026. Having completed all professional licensure exams 13 years ahead of the national average, I prioritize technical mastery and strategic urgency in every project I touch.

My background is rooted in the "amenity-first" world of exclusive country clubs and complex hospitality programs. I believe the built environment should transcend commodity-type real estate; my goal is to develop assets that prioritize human experience and operational excellence at the highest level.
